Damaged or Lost Baggage
Please report any delayed, damaged, or lost luggage immediately upon arrival at the airport to the Lost and Found office. Most cases are tracked within the first 24 hours. To facilitate the search process, we kindly ask the esteemed traveler to provide all relevant information regarding the bag, including:

The name on the bag.

Any other information that may help identify the bag quickly.
Upon reporting the case, you will receive a receipt containing a reference number and contact numbers for the Lost and Found office or our local agent.
